Blueberry Energiser Smoothie
This healthy & nutritious smoothie is sure to keep you going in the morning!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut water** 
- 3 x 125 g punnets fresh blueberries 
- 1/2 avocado 
- 1/2 frozen banana 
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut yoghurt 
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
Serves: 2 | Prep: 15 Minutes
Method
- Mix the chia seeds and coconut water together in a small bowl. Set aside for 10–15 minutes, until the seeds absorb the liquid and swell. 
- Combine the chia seeds and the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
