Brussel Sprout Slaw with Honey Mustard Dressing

Using our favourite Austrlain condiment brand to make this delcious and fresh salad!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts

  • ½ cup diced bacon

  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds

  • ⅓ cup shaved parmesan

  • ⅓ cup dried currants

  • ½ bottle Beerenberg Honey Mustard Dressing

METHOD

Step 1 - Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and parboil for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Step 2 - Thinly slice the sprouts by hand or using a mandolin to create fine shreds.

Step 3 - Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium–high heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 4 - In a large serving bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, slivered almonds, shaved parmesan, dried currants, and crispy bacon.

Step 5 - Pour over the Beerenberg Honey Mustard Dressing and toss well.
