Creamy Tropical Papaya Smoothie

This creamy, tropical papaya smoothie makes for a delicious breakfast on the go or afternoon pick me up! Either way, everyone will love this!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium papaya

  • pulp of 2 passionfruit

  • cup natural yoghurt

  • 1 banana

  • 2.50 cups milk of choice

  • fresh mint leaves to top

Method

  1. Peel and deseed papaya. Cut into chunks & place into blender with remaining fruit & milk.

  2. Blend until smooth & creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and top with mint leaves.
